Organization

At its core, EC is organized in multidisciplinary areas, as shown in the organization chart bellow.

According to international practices, the Project-Life Cycle within EC is organized in the following phases:  

  • Start
  • Planning
  • Execution
  • Close-out

 
Each phase is carefully controlled by the systematic application of procedures that have been developed internally.

  1. Area 100 - Engineering
  2. Area 200 - Architecture and BIM
  3. Area 300 - Control and Proposals
  4. Area 400 - Administration
  5. Area 500 - Support and IT
  6. Area 600 - Project Management
  8. Area 700 - General Management
