PROPOSALS AND CONTROL

There are two main functions performed in this department: Proposals generation & the Project's Contractual Control, including QA/QC.

Among their specific responsibilities, the following are included: 

Proposals:
  1. Preparation and emission of proposals and bid documents.
  2. Maintenance of the internal production statistics database.
  3. Preliminary project planning.

Control:
  1. Specification of standards required in each project according to contractual conditions.
  2. Control and monitoring of milestones at a contractual level.
  3. Implementation of procedures for Quality Assurance.
  4. Quality control of all the deliverables.
  5. Control of compliance with internal procedures.
